We offer an initial consultation to discuss symptoms and to determine if treatment is advisable. If the need for treatment is established, then a recommendation regarding the appropriate level of care will be made. There is a phone assessment with each potential patient. Once they are scheduled for admission, they will be set with a date and time. Upon admission, there is another assessment regarding comprehensive medical and drug history as well as a nursing assessment. The admissions staff is here Monday through Friday until midnight and weekends until 4:00 pm. After hours admissions will be handled by the Nursing staff. Crisis response staff is available 24 hours a day, every day.
